Precision Forging

Forging process forms the robust foundation of heavy-duty excavator components, including track tensioner cylinders, idler hubs, and sprocket segments. Using high-grade alloy steel billets, we employ closed-die forging to shape raw materials into near-net geometries, delivering exceptional structural strength and fatigue resistance for the most demanding construction environments.

Each forging operation begins with carefully controlled heating to optimize material ductility, followed by precision pressing to form complex component shapes. This process refines the metal’s grain structure, enhancing mechanical properties and ensuring the finished parts can withstand extreme loads, impacts, and wear over extended service life. Post-forging heat treatment further strengthens the material, aligning with global OEM standards for heavy machinery performance.
