Assembly Steps:

1.Component Preparation & Inspection
All machined parts (including cylinder barrels, piston rods, recoil springs, and track guards) undergo thorough dimensional and surface inspection to confirm they meet tight tolerances before assembly. This eliminates defects and ensures seamless fitment during final assembly.

2.Precision Sub-Assembly
Critical sub-components are assembled in controlled environments: hydraulic cylinders are sealed with high-grade O-rings and gaskets to prevent leakage; recoil springs are precisely aligned with tensioner housings; and linkages are torqued to exact specifications to ensure smooth movement under load.

3.Final Assembly & Torque Control
Full track tensioner assemblies and undercarriage modules are assembled using calibrated torque tools to maintain consistent clamping force. This ensures structural integrity and prevents loosening during heavy operation, while also preserving the hydraulic system’s pressure integrity.

Functional & Leak Testing
Each finished assembly undergoes rigorous pressure and functional testing: hydraulic cylinders are pressure-tested to verify leak-proof performance; tensioner assemblies are cycled to confirm smooth extension and retraction; and all moving parts are checked for free movement without binding.

Cleaning & Packaging
Assemblies are thoroughly cleaned, coated with anti-corrosion protection, and packaged securely for international shipping. This ensures components arrive in pristine condition, ready for immediate installation on excavators worldwide.
